The house is situated on a hillside and affords a gorgeous view on the Roman countryside. A large garden with private parking complements the premises. On the main road 100 meters away, there is a coffee bar, a small convenience store that also sells tobacco, a public telephone booth, and a bus stop.

The owner Tonino Scuccimarra is a sculptor who achieved to blend his art in every space and corner of his home.
Nearby, you may explore a few among many well known historical sites such as the Baths “Terme dei Papi” in Viterbo, the volcanic lakes of Vico and Bracciano or some fascinating and evocative small towns such as Bassano Romano, Civita di Bagnoregio, Sutri, Caprarola, to name but a few.

A typical week-end may include a crash course in preparing – and tasting - some selected recipes done in the wood burning oven.
Should your schedule allow for a longer vacation, you may also join a Clay-Sculpting Class.
You will witness it all, how a work of art takes shape, the steps and stages of it, the equipment it takes to achieve it.
Assisted by the Master artist, you may yourselves mould your own small masterpiece.
